In Desire's canon, the Lord and Lady is basically omnipotent/omnisentient about people's names and desires. However, I'm not one for infomodding, so here is a handy place where you can opt to give me permission to abuse your character.
If you choose to do this, please feel free to give me as much or as little detail as you choose, but remember, the more detail the more likely Desire is to pull on your characters heartstrings.
Note: desires don't just have to be sexual or romantic! They can be anything from basic desires to survive or complex ones (WHAT WE DO EVERY NIGHT PINKY, TRY TO TAKE OVER THE WORLD).

Character's desires: Unity for the Decepticons is his biggest thing right now, despite everything else. He wants his "children" (the Cassetticons; their names are Rumble, Frenzy, Ravage, Laserbeak, Ratbat, Buzzsaw) 'cuz far as he knows they're still starving to death where hew as taken from, haha. VENGEANCE (on Megatron and Rattrap). Be closer to others so he isn't SO DAMNED LONELY is one desire that he is in particular keeping very silent on, and part of his motivation for unity with his kind instead of the chaos. (If you need specific names, lemme know)

Character's desires: Family was actually one of the strongest (the one thing you can't steal), though she refuses to compromise for it. Freedom. Bruce/Batman. Wealth and pretty things, though not to the same extent as when she was younger. To be able to protect the people she cares about and not have them get hurt/killed because of her. To not make the same mistakes with Logan that she's made with other guys.

Anything I should know/you wish to tell me/notes: In canon, Selina has almost an innate ability to pick out what people desire/care about the most and then steal it away. She's also quite good at playing on men (and Ivy women) who want her. She very definitely belongs to Desire. As did her mother -- it's insinuated that the reason Maria Kyle killed herself was in part due to the dreams of wealth that she'd never be able to achieve (also, her husband beating her a lot.)

Character's desires: Be stinkin' filthy rich. FOR BATMAN TO BE DEAD and the villains running the show. To get married. To find true love. To get with Edward Nygma. To have a bunch of little kids running around. To be a superstar! (In...anything, she doesn't know). Obviously, her desires basically revolve around finding love and happiness. She's a hopeless romantic.

Character's desires: Fffff, okay. Kiryu is a confusing, contradictory, emotional little thing. So:
~To kill Yuusei/make Yuusei suffer deeply
~To repair his old friendship with Yuusei
~To keep Saitou safe
~To keep the Decepticons safe (specifically Shockwave & Starscream at this point 'cause they're both wanted by the police)
~To kill & torture whoever killed him in the City (Cavil)
~To keep his friends happy/willing to be his friend
~To stay in his Dark Signer (half-dead) form as long as he wants, not as long as he has the energy for
~To be able to sleep more than three hours at a time/in a night
~To contact his Earthbound God again
~To be the best. Very, very deep this means taking over the City (with the Decepticons) and/or Satellite. But he's failed at that once, and was literally punished to death for it, so that's very deep and unrealized. He's competitive by nature, though.
Permission to mess with their desire: Yes, yes, yes. As to how...idk. However you want is fine.
Anything I should know/you wish to tell me/notes: Kiryu is about equally one of Delirium's and Death's. He was dead before he was ported in, although he was pretty much just a zombie. He was given that zombieish-life by a God that ate people's souls to survive. That God doesn't exist in C&C world, but he can still take the form he had, so there are probably traces.

Character's desires: Edward has this thing about control. It's expressed through his intellect and ego; his desire to prove his worth and merit overcomes a lot of his other impulses. He's a calculating manipulator who's addicted to winning and attention. As the proud owner of a solid Narcissistic Personality Disorder, Edward isn't immune to sexual impulse (something else he likes to control) or anything else that he deems within his right to possess. His deviancy has thus far been completely under his reign, which is why he handles intimacy in such aloof and self-serving regard. Above all, he desires to possess truth and knowledge, both for intellectual endeavors and egotistical satisfaction.
Permission to mess with their desire: Yes; but less so with his need to manipulate (he needs that for plotting).
Anything I should know/you wish to tell me/notes: Eddie's aware that he's "one of Delirium's" in the game, but his desire to control himself--and his disorders--may compromise his perceived loyalties.

Anything I should know/you wish to tell me/notes: He's also one of Del's & Death's. He was a spirit possessing the Millennium Ring before being ported in. He's also a combination of Zorc & Thief King Bakura, so he'll feel like a powerful, dark being. The Millennium Ring will feel about the same.

Anything I should know/you wish to tell me/notes: He's an alien and got his head messed with, resulting in sharing his head space/memories/thoughts etc with another person. He's basically possessing his body, so he's kind of a big emotional and psychological mess. 8|
Character Name: Warren Worthington III/Archangel

Character's desires: Wealth; success; maintaining his appearance; Betsy Braddock/Psylocke; he also wants to take down Hodge; maintaining stability and organization amongst the X-Men even if he's not the greatest at it.
Permission to mess with their desire: Again, go for it.
Anything I should know/you wish to tell me/notes: Hodge is a huge sore spot for him. The guy is his greatest enemy, but they also used to be best friends. A lot of the crap (murders, torturing, etc) Hodge has pulled has been the result of his hared for Warren, and War feels guilty about it at times.

Anything I should know/you wish to tell me/notes: He's completely weak willed and a pushover at times, even if he has a huge mouth. He'd be extremely easy to mess with.

Character's desires: to see her family again (it's a huge one as she's very family oriented); to have complete organizational and skillful control over both her personal and professional life, and her telepathic abilities; she recently started a relationship with Mariko Yashida/Sunfire, so she's another big one.

Anything I should know/you wish to tell me/notes: She is a telepath and has a pretty well trained psionic resistance. I'm not sure if that would make her harder to mess with or not. I'll leave that up to you. :)

Character's desires: Tim's number one desire is to protect the innocent and prevent crime. It's been the driving force of his life ever since he became Robin - and being Robin is another thing he wants. He wants to stay worthy of the name, live up to the legacy of both the people who came before him, and never to bring shame to the uniform.
He wants to stop losing the people he cares for, to be able to save them, and on some levels, to bring them back, as shown by his efforts to clone Kon. However, he knows that that isn't right, so he has consciously forced himself to let go of that desire, but I think there's still some lingering traces of it in him.
He wants his Batman here, his real "family" or at least all that he's got left of it. And he wants Nightwing here too, who is his Big Brother, and also he has a heavily repressed childhood crush on him, buried deep.
And Jason is a whole other bundle of issues and desires - wanting to bring him back into the BatFamily where he belongs, wanting him to stop KILLING so that can actually happen, wanting things to be better between him and Bruce, wanting Jason to not want to KILL HIM, maybe also less of the beating him up, wanting him to stay alive this time, aaaand just plain wanting him, again neatly compartmentalised off. They did have sex and Tim would not mind that happening again, but it's a complicated matter and he's astutely aware of the awkward.
He wants all his friends to be happy, and to know everything about them that there is to know, so that he keep them safe.

Anything I should know/you wish to tell me/notes: Tim mostly belongs to/knows Death at this point, because he's seen so many people die. He's also friends with Delirium, but not one of hers. FFF and, OBVIOUSLY, I play him as mildly bisexual - he very much likes girls, he just. Also likes some guys.

Character's desires: He is a workaholic by nature in pursuit of 'slaying evil immediately', as he's dedicated the remainder of his life to this in remembrance of his fallen comrades of the Shinsengumi. He especially misses Okita Souji, a fellow Shinsengumi captain, and would like very much to see him again after death.
Even though Saitou smokes profusely daily, cigarettes aren't much a 'desire' more than keeping murderous instincts at bay, which happen if Saitou drinks too much alcohol.
He also has a very strong desire to be ported home, because he has a family there he very rarely sees anyway, as Saitou often is sent on missions that require lots of travel. So. He misses his wife and two-year-old son, and the fact that 130 years ago (where he's from) technology wasn't nearly as confusing.
